During Hotel Pre-Opening period, certain hotel services and facilities like dining room, laundry, etc., for employees are not available. It is the Company objective to provide an allowance in lieu of such services during the pre-opening period of the hotel assignment.

This guideline is applicable to all pre-opening period employees whether they be Expatriates, Non Resident Chinese (for China properties) or local staff where they are provided with such benefits in their Letter of Appointment. In the event an Expatriate or NRC employee’s authorized dependents are living with the employee, the Pre-Opening Allowance will be extended to them, if outlined in their Letter of Appointment.
GUIDELINES
For Meal Arrangement
GM RMB 100 / day Monday to Saturday 24 days / month
Level 1 RMB 60 / day Monday to Saturday 24 days / month
Level 2 RMB 60 / day Monday to Friday 20 days / month
Level 3 RMB 40 / day plus Lunch Box Monday to Friday 20 days / month
Level 4 Lunch Box Monday to Friday 20 days / month
Level 5 Lunch Box Monday to Friday 20 days / month
(for GM driver, RMB 20 per dinner is applied when needs to be out with GM for business purpose)
For Laundry Arrangement
GM RMB 600 / month
Level 1 RMB 500 / month
Level 2 RMB 500 / month
Level 3 RMB 300 / month
(the laundry allowance will cover all the expenses for the above managerial employees only for their personal laundry and dry cleaning until hotel service is provided).
